Thank you for visiting and shopping with us! This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions that apply to shipping and delivery for our Belle Moi Electrolyte Hydration Drink Mix. Please read it carefully to understand how we process, ship, and handle your orders.

At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We are actively working on expanding our shipping capabilities to serve additional regions in the future. We appreciate your patience and support as we work toward this goal.

Domestic Shipping: Standard Shipping is $5.99 for orders under $60. 

Free Standard Shipping: Available for orders of $60 or more. 

Expedted Shipping: Options are available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout.

Domestic Shipping Options 

Standard Shipping: 3 -7 Business Days 

Expedited Shipping: 2 -3 Business Days 

*Note: Delivery times are estimates and do not include processing times. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier delays, or customs processing.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 -2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

Delays: During high-volume periods, such as holidays or promotional sales, order processing may take longer than usual. We will notify you via email of any significant delays.

Order Processing Time

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the carrier's system. 

Order Tracking

We currently only ship within the United States. However, we are working on expanding our shipping options in the future. Thank you for your understanding.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. 

Shipping Restrictions 

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

 

Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please email us at info@bellemoiwellness.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged package and items.
